Indian Home Remedies | How To Use Salt To Clear Your Skin
Ingredients You Need:-
Salt (We called this namak in Hindi language)
(Short Description) - Salt helps to remove dirt, grime, and toxins from your skin.
Almond Oil (We called this baadaam oil in hindi language)
(Short Description) - Almond Oil has fatty acid content which helps to remove excess oil from your skin and makes it dry.
Grapefruit Essential Oil (We called this chakotra oil in Hindi language)
(Short Description) - Grapefruit Oil makes your skin healthy and also helps to remove acne from your face.
How To Use:-
1 - Put 1 cup salt in a ceramic bowl or a glass
2 - Add 8 drops of grapefruit essential oil and stir the mixture thoroughly.
3 - Keep stirring it and gradually add almond oil in it.
4 - Stop stirring when the scrub reaches the density of moist sand.
5 - Apply it at your skin and scrub it for 5 to 10 minutes then wash it using water.
Warning - Do not use the salt scrub instantly after shaving your legs.It will sting if you want to scrub, use it before shaving.
