Indian Home Remedies | How To Clean Your Body Using Oatmeal Body Scrub

Ingredients You Need:-



Dried Rosemary (We also called this rosemary in Hindi language)

(Short Description) - Rosemary has anti-inflammatory properties which help to reduce swelling and puffiness from your skin. It also helps to heal burns and soothe the skin.



Oats (We called this jaee in Hindi language)

(Short Description)Oatmeal can soak up the excess oil on your skin and help treat acne. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help to treat dry skin and remove dead skin cells.

How To Use:-

1 - For making the scrub, you can simply use your regular kitchen blender to grind the dried rosemary and the oats until they become the finely ground mix.
2 - Pour this mix into a container.
3 - You can use the mason jar to store that mixture.
4 - (Direction to use) - Take some warm water and combine the scrub mix with it. Apply it on your face and neck. Massage gently and leave it for 20 minutes.
5 - Use it once a week for better results.


Rosemary FactsRosemary grows as evergreen bush that can reach 2 to 6 feet in height. Rosemary has needle-like evergreen leaves that are usually 0.8 to 1.6 inches long. Upperside of leaves is darker green in color.
